A few words about us...

As an investor, we have over 15 years of experience in the real estate market, particularly in the area of tenement house revitalisation. We have the appropriate organisational, human and financial resources that allow us to restore the historical character of revitalised buildings, often under the supervision of the Conservator of Monuments. The experience we have gained helps us to fully understand the changing needs and expectations of our clients and to implement appropriate solutions. We have not only carried out numerous revitalisations and renovations of tenement houses, but also numerous development projects in large Polish cities.
By 2025, we had completed:

Several dozen turnkey renovations of flats and apartments,
Comprehensive furnishing of over 2,600 m2 of residential space,
Numerous projects related to the design, construction and installation of systems.
